The Mirdiff City Centre shopping mall has opened on last 16 March 2010. It is a new shopping mall with more than 400 shops owned by Majid Al Futtaim Group. Hi guys! What a shame to read this! Results of the Swiss votations published a few minutes ago show a majority of 58% of “Yes” to ban the minarets in Switzerland, in spite of the recommendation of the Swiss government to reject the call. Even if the French speaking part of Switzerland is against the ban, we feel bad about this votation. As you will read, the tallest tower of the world is like a myth, you start running after it, and you do not know when it will be over… you can read in small caps in Gulf News that the grand opening was planned for September, then for the National Day on the 2nd of December, and now on the 4th of January! Let’s hope that we will soon be able to admire this incredible tower from inside and have a lift to the platform situated on the 124th level, to look around and admire the view over Dubai.
